1. Use of the App

The App is a personal privacy tool that provides a calculator interface with a secure vault for storing photos, videos, files, notes, contacts, and passwords on your device.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN, pattern, or other access credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all content you store within the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to store illegal content.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that does not renew.
• Remove Ads is a one-time purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Data and Storage

• All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your vault contents.
• Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored data. This action cannot be undone.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, theft, software updates, or App deletion.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

6. Security Features

The App provides security features including PIN lock, pattern lock, biometric authentication, decoy vault, panic pin, and break-in alerts. These features are provided "as is" and:

• We do not guarantee that these features will prevent all unauthorized access.
• Break-in alerts require camera permission and may not capture photos in all circumstances.
• If you forget your PIN or pattern, data recovery may not be possible.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of ads. Premium users or users who purchase "Remove Ads" will not see advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, icons, and interface, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
